About
Princeton in Korean (PIK) is an intensive study abroad program offering intermediate-level Korean language courses in association with Yonsei University, one of the most prestigious institutions in Seoul, South Korea. It is taught by Princeton University faculty members and qualified instructors from Yonsei University.
PIK provides an excellent opportunity to enhance Korean language skills and gain a deeper understanding of Korean culture in a total immersion environment for eight weeks. Participants who successfully complete the program receive credit for two courses, KOR105 and KOR107, which are equivalent to one year of Korean language study at Princeton University. Students also have a chance to participate in an internship program during and after the program so as to practice and improve their intercultural communication skills as well as experience firsthand the work culture in South Korea.
